Our Sunday Services take place at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour.

We are a 50% Lay Led Congregation. Our Spiritual Coordinator, Wil Darcangelo, preaches on the first and third Sundays of the month, and the second and fourth Sundays are led either by a member of our community or by someone from the larger community.

In the nice weather months we are found upstairs in our Sanctuary.  In the winter months we are often downstairs in the Dillon Room to conserve heat.

There are dozens of free parking spaces within a five minute walk. Parking is available at Worker's Credit Union on their off hours: after 5 p.m. weekdays, after 1 p.m. Saturdays, and all day Sundays.
You can enter the Sanctuary from either the Caldwell Place entrance or the door on Prospect Street, as well as the front entrance on Main St.  We suggest you park in the spots around the common or in the lot at the post office or at Worker's Credit Union and walk over. We have one handicapped spot right next to the building, on Caldwell Place. Others who park next to the building may be ticketed or towed.

Parking and Entrance

First Parish Church is located at the head of the square in downtown Fitchburg, at 923 Main St. We are directly behind the iconic boulder.   Our phone number is 978-343-6307.

We are working to improve our accessibility for people with disabilities.  We have two listening devices for people with hearing issues.  For people with mobility issues: there are 3 steps at the side entrance on Prospect St. The Caldwell Place entrance can accommodate a small manual wheelchair, but assistance would be needed to open the door.  You would only have access to the downstairs rooms as the sanctuary is upstairs. During winter months some services are held downstairs.
